At the Judaism in the Foothills Community Center -- serving the Jewish people of Evergreen, Conifer, Morrison, Pine, Bailey and surrounding foothills communities -- you will enjoy and feel comfortable learning, debating and exploring Judaism, its culture and spirituality. We offer you the opportunity to experience Judaism first hand and to delve into Jewish teachings and spirituality in a and a thought provoking and stimulating manner.
JITF is a 501 c 3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping people find meaning, success and fulfillment in every aspect of their lives. Particularly JITF focuses on two main areas: Jewish outreach and youth development.
JITF serves the educational, religious, spiritual, cultural, social, synagogue (temple) and pastoral needs of Jews in the foothill communities west of Denver.
JITF reaches out to all people, irrespective of previous knowledge, age, affiliation or observance, offering everyone, men women and children, the opportunity to explore and learn about and discover Judaism in a warm, friendly, open and non-judgmental environment.
Judaism
Through our adult education classes we offer you the opportunity to learn how attain spiritual growth and fulfilment. Judaism in the Foothills also offers counselling or families, couples and individuals. At Judaism in the Foothills you can obtain kosher food, Teffilin, Mezuzot and all other Jewish items.
Business Club
If you are an entrepreneur Judaism in the Foothills offers you the opportunity to meet and network with other local Jewish entrepreneurs and business people through our Jewish Entrepreneurs Club which meets bi-monthly in the foothills.
Youth Directions
Youth Directions is a program of JITF that is designed to give a sense of positive purpose to youth who have experienced challenges associated with peer pressure and antisocial behavior. In particular the program helps youth discover their authentic productive passions, their unique talent and their inborn vocation.
Each Person is Family
At Judaism in the Foothills each person is welcomed as though they are a part of the family and although voluntary donations are welcome there is no membership fee to join. Please feel free to join us. We look forward to welcoming you.
