Love the freshness of food here. The one star is for service today. Generally the service is very good, but this lady Amber (seems to be a good person), wouldn't listen. Gave my order to someone else and mixed up everything. She came up to us and said sorry and offered extra slices later, but it does not help when kids are looking forward for particular flavors to begin with. Hope she understands !!

Good food and great customer service! Got 4 pies of pizza for kids party and everything came so wonderful! The staff washelpful and knowledgeable. Manager Olivia makes you feel welcome unlike other pizza joints in Newtown! This experience has definitely put Jules on number 1 choice for our pizza nights!

Highly stylized and has substance too! It's a pleasant atmosphere, the service was efficient and genuinely friendly.  While I won't say it was my favorite, the cheese was satisfying.

Great pizza, a variety of things crust options, even vegetarian. We've been coming here for years but we've noticed a small slide in service quality on our recent visit.

Great for a quick, casual lunch with friends or for ordering whole pies to take home. Jules is loved by the local community, always has a great selection of interesting flavors and a regularly updated menu.
