Had an appointment at 11. Was told to come in 15 minutes early. Sat in the waiting room for an hour. Get called & told after I get undressed that I need to reschedule because they waited until after noon to call my PC to get my results & of course the office is closed for lunch. Now I have to reschedule & take another day off because they don't know how to be organized. They could of called my PC while I was waiting better yet got the results when I made my appointment a week ago since I did tell them they would need them for my appointment. I am so frustrated. Luckily, a lady did come in and admit fault & was very sorry. She's suppose to try to reschedule me where I won't have to miss another day of work because she felt bad.

I love doctor Wiley! She is the first gynecologist I have seen and was very personable. A first gyn appointment can be scary but she made it easy and comfortable!

She looks and dresses like Amy Shumer during doctors appointments. Instead of wears doctors attire. She agree to do a surgery knowing the perimeters of it. But after she started. She said she didn't feel comfortable doing it even though she had begun the surgery. Who starts a surgery and then backs out in the process. Her licence must be taken after a stern investigation and skills test is completed to verify if criminal charges should be considered. I'm pretty sure she is a wonderful beautiful person. Which absolutely has nothing to do with being a competent and qualified surgeon. Do not consider yourself a person that loves your spouse or partner. If you don't at least considering to question her qualifications. There is no way I would be typing this much if I felt she was qualifies to practice medicine.

I just moved from Dallas the beggining of July, it was very abrupt had less then 3 hours to decide to stay or leave, on a Sunday due to uncontrolled reasons. Anyways I was also 15 weeks pregnant and I had no way of getting my medical records before I moved, so I went to this office and filled out a medical records release for the office to get the from my doctor in Dallas. A week went by I didnt hear anything, called they "sent" them again...2 weeks later nothing. Not once did I feel like they truely cared about my situation, I went to the ER 2 times in 6 weeks because of pain and was refered to go to see Dr. Wiely but when J called to make an appointment they said everything was fine no need for a check up...even though I am high risk. Well I called them back at the begining of Auagust and they still hadnt got anything in from my doctor so they "sent" it again. And I had a few choice words with them because I was told it would take no more than 2 weeks. And at this point I was told they have to have my labs because insurance wont cover them...they didnt even call my insurance to check, I had just recently switch insurance companies and even offered to pay for the labs to be done again out of my own pocket, had to talk to the office manager who I left messages for and never got a call back. So last week I went to Dallas to get my records and they had never recieved 1 request from this office. I called the office to inform them that I had my records and they asked my name and the lady was like "oh your Esther" Needless to say I feel that these people dont care at all and wont help out in anyother ways then saying no we cant do that. So I found a doctor in Moore which is 30 minutes away from whos office staff is amazing and has called and helped me out so much. I do not recomend this office..I never saw Dr. Wiely but I feel that her office staff is a bunch of stuck up ladies who are just there for the paycheck and dont care about the paients situation at all.

While Dr. Wiley is very nice and seems sympathetic to your needs, she and staff are horrible at follow up. I have been with her for several years and have had numerous times where phone calls were not returned even after several messages were left. You wait for over an hour past your appointment time, every appointment, before you see her. The staff's politeness is ok depending on the day. They mess up billing codes and actually didn't change one to the correct code and it was sent to collections. If you have time to wait, continuously remind them about follow up promised and correct their billing, this is your Dr. office.
