Jumpin Fun Sports a Trampoline Center is a state-of the-art indoor trampoline facility that introduces a fresh approach to exercise, entertainment, friends and fun! We have created a social exercise experience that cannot be compared to, providing a custom trampoline system designed for maximum safety and fun, in an atmosphere filled with music and adrenaline that will captivate jumpers of all ages! You will have an amazing time “playing” inside our walls or bouncing off them!

Review is two parts, the facility itself and the staff.

Facility - this place is great for kids and adults.  We attended our neighbors 4 year-old birthday party here with 4 of our kids, ranging in age from 16 to 8 and all 4 had a blast.  The facility is clean, seems safe and wide open enough to keep all engaged.  If I was only rating the facility it would get 5 stars.

 Staff - this is where an opportunity for improvement lies.  The staff is simply not friendly.  They appeared to be mostly mid to late teens that really want to be anywhere else but surrounded by kids.  Most were simply indifferent in their attitude but a few were borderline rude.  I understand that you book the table area for a certain timeframe for parties and that they have to quickly turn this area for the next group.  However, one young lady who was clearing the tables simply pulled up the plastic tablecloth, bundling some small giveaways our neighbor included for each guest.  I'd suggest maybe taking the management on a trip to Disney to observe how their employees treat everyone and try to imitate that here.  That would make this a 5 star place hands down.

Awesome experience.  Extremely fun. Fill out the waiver first at the computer if it's your first time.

We have only been one time because while there my husband hurt his ankle badly. While it is fun and great exercise, you do need to use caution and be careful especially when jumping from trampoline to side of trampoline. There also could have been a bit more supervision when we were there. They had teens in charge and some of them were paying more attention to each other than the kids breaking the rules. All and all a great place to get some energy out.

We had a birthday party here. It was fun and our hostess was very nice and helpful. A nice stress free party and the kids had a great time. There are plenty of jumping areas so the kids don’t feel crowded even though it was busy.
