Good looking place. Set up nicely, but is there a manager watching over this establishment? Bartender saw us walk in behind our friends already there and walked around doing nothing. His job is to look for new patrons and empty glasses; I did it for 12 years. Sat down, waitress got us drinks, came back and asked us if we were ready. We said "Yes". Tia walked off and talked to her co-workers for 8 minutes. Back and took the order, not writing it down ( I hate that) but got it right. Asked if everything was good after we were close to finishing and didn't remove plates. Had to move dirty dishes to sign check and "leave a tip???"  We took care of her, but next time... food was good, place is nice, but it's time to start taking care of your customers. Also, Man-Bun guy looks like he's ready to shoot up the place. Talk to your staff.

I went to the Albany juniors yesterday and the service was horrendous. This one was so much nicer. The service was great. The food was tasty and the waiter was very attentive. Would definitely go back.

Very disappointed. Sat at table that was just wiped off and wet. Menus wet. No silverware had to ask. Ordered the nachos and didn't come with the slaw. Ordered BBQ chic salad and wasn't as described. Had to ask for dishes to be taken. Had to ask for water refill. And there were many open tables so it wasn't like they were tremendously busy. When leaving greeter didn't say a word.  Only positives were lots of tvs and in new plaza. Needs a good manager that is customer orientated and may make it. Friday about 7 with empty tables.
