Junkee Clothing Exchange is 15,000sq ft store that carries affordable antiques, handmade & recycled items, modern and vintage clothing, and costumes. We buy clothing 6 days a week and have an ever-changing selection.

We also have 'Simple,' an ice cream sandwich shop featuring local ingredients and a common sense approach. Located in the front of Junkee Clothing Exchange, we invite you to come see what we are all about.

Junkee is different things to many people. An awesome used clothing and costume boutique. A neighborhood thrift store with definite amped up personality. An antique, knick knack and nostalgia emporium. All combined, Junkee embodies Reno’s quirky Midtown concept of uniqueness. We’ve shopped there during the bustle of a crowded Saturday night, the quiet of Sunday afternoon and purchased furniture, Halloween items and more. The place does also have an underlying aura of spiritual character as well - so many vintage dolls watching you shop. The employees (very creative, check out the table top displays) are upbeat and always helpful. Plan on spending a bit of time here just wandering, as Junkee does become addicting - It's easy to become a Junkee junkie :)

I came here for a jacket to go with my Halloween costume ( I went as Beetlejuice). Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for but the girl behind the counter helped me a lot. She gave me the idea to make my own and it turned out perfect. The store in general is just a super cool and they have a lot of awesome products. And here is my jacket! It turned out amazingly.

Was a fun place to visit. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I went twice but some in my group visited three times.

So much to look at it would've taken 2 full days! Loved the variety but wish it was better organized

Great place to find a costume. The staff is super helpful and will make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
