Went in to Concepts a couple of days ago and left feeling taken advantage of. I saw a cute clutch type bag on a shelf. And since there wasn’t any price tag anywhere to be found I asked the sales clerk if there was a price. She responded immediately without consulting any computer or book that it was $180 something dollars and since they have had it for awhile it would be 30% off. I really loved the bag so I continued to look around while contemplating buying it. After browsing the store I decided to buy the bag. I went back up to the counter to ask if it was $184....or how much? And it was a different sales clerk. She said that she didn’t know the price and looked it up on a computer. She said it was $90 dollars! I put the bag back on the shelf and walked out. Obviously $90 is a much more acceptable price but I just didn’t feel good about giving them any of my money by that point.

I was very surprised by the ratings I read. I have been going to this store, past location as well as the new one, and had nothing but a positive experience. I have referred many friends and they confirmed this is a treasure we get to have in Reno.

TERRIBLE customer service. Not once were we greeted or acknowledged. Will not be back

Shocking experience. The owner should not be in business. Horrible service and rude unprofessional interaction.
