In Feb. 2017, my husband was a victim of a crime in Jurupa Valley. This station's officers were so helpful and gave great service to my husband and I when we visited recently to get copies of the police report.  While we were waiting, we observed the respectful way they treated each person that came to the counter for various needs.  Very impressive!

Real bad service , it was not busy at all and we waited a long time . Employees have real bad communication problems the employees up front keep telling us sit down they know your here they will be with you . Well after waiting for an hour the person we needed to see didn't even know we were waiting for her. I pray I never have to come here again

The male and female that work at the front desk here have excellent customer service. They are compassionate and very courteous over the phone and in person.

Really u guys are going to tolerate that protest,thats how it start,besides i know a lot of undocumented people this only brings attention to those undocumented,it will get worst
