It took 5 hours of repeated phone calls for police to come out for a noise disturbance of loud party with live band. Their answer is to do a "drive by" because there are other parties going on. Then asked for our patience as the party is just about ending. WTH? So disappointing with the horrible service and compassion.

I would love to appreciate the level of service this station gave to us. I want to recognize the officers W.Wales and Officer P. Santono for excellent service that they provided to us. They should be recognized for their care, professionalism, politeness and kindness. Also We want to recognize for excellent service that Officer Godfrey gave us during our visit at the West Valley LAPD station. She took all her time to explain us our rights and duties and showed a lot of care for our inquiry and concern. These officers treated us like family and we really appreciate what they have done for us.

The community relations office was of great service not only to me but the local school Garden Grove Elementary! They were instrumental in bringing in the Truth Series, which goes over Drugs, Gangs and Domestic Violence. The parents and the principal felt that the information is very needed and that the W. Valley Police is there to help and protect them! So thank you Sgt. Avila and your team!!

I don't usually post a review or complain about everything, but this time it bothers me. I gave 2 stars just because the officer file the report anyway. Other than that, it was not a pleasant experience. He made me feel more stupid than I already feel and felt crappier than before I got here. I didn't know you have to report to the the closest police department to your address, I thought all police departments are the same. I came to file the report as suggested by eBay and I came to this particular office because it's close to where I work and close to where I am. The way he asked me questions made me feel like I'm bothering him. Thank you for filing the report anyway, I hope you won't do this to other people like me, officer McDermott.
