Expensive place for design orders. Not bad for open stock items at all. Decent pricing for that. Quality is average to above average and may surprise you sometimes. Customer service can be anywhere from great to non-existent.

The Rude sales staff. Vinny was not willing to get his lazy but off the chair to assist in a $7500 purchase. I asked for him to contact a manager before my money walked out the door. He refused to help out in any way. So my company will no longer purchase our cabinets through them. Their loss

Could not be more unimpressed & infuriated with the customer service I have experienced with this company. These are not custom cabinets, a 48 hour limit to make changes on your most basic model is absurd. Particularly when I am spending thousands of dollars and the change will not change what I am paying! Then to receive attitude from your sales force when questioning our purchase....I really could not be more disappointed and frustrated with my experience. I will never make a purchase at one of your stores again! And I will be sure to re-post this and tell everyone I know! Buyers beware!
