A WASTE OF TIME.... I wish i had read the reviews prior to wasting my time. I had a TRAILER full of items (i.e. bassinet, high chair, crib mattress, car seat with 2 bases, portable feeding chair, swing, ride on horse, bouncy seat, activity center, winter coat, body pillow, travel sleeper and more) which they would not help unload. Once unloaded some rude employee reviewed the items and said most of the items were "Dusty" so they werent able to take them. Are you serious, a little dusty. This is absolutely absurd. The employee gave me $20 for a perfect high chair and said that was all they would take, wouldnt assist with RE-LOADING the stuff in the trailer and walked away. This place was the biggest waste of time. I'm NEVER going here again and will be donating all of my items to Goodwill where i can get a Tax deduction. I suggest you do the same.

Waste of a drive there, they were so picky with what they take . Only took 3 pairs of shoes , a jacket and a toy. Shoes were adidas and Jordan’s I got $15 for everything and already had put the things in their bins. Basically not giving me a chance to say never mind, although i think They took more stuff and didn’t pay me for it . I have Yet ti go thru the bag to check. The lady in front of me was told only clothes with tags smh. Don’t bother going there just go to good will and get a tax write off or just go to a shelter for pregnant women. Oh one of the toys well it’s more of a night time lamp with animals of it the reflect off the ceciling they wouldn’t take because the batteries were dead.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. It’s a disgrace. This place has horrible customer service. They are rude, uneducated and work at a slow pace. The staff looks underage. The store manager doesn’t have managerial skills. The prices are overpriced. Don’t shop here or trade your clothes in. Go to a REAL store and purchase your items and if you want to get rid of childrens apparel just donate them. Don’t waste your time in this messy, duscusting, filthy place.

Very Disappointed with this store!! I'm new to the area, I was so excited to find this store in my area. I walk in there, there's 3 associates standing/ sitting on the counter talking partying, drinking, girl gossip etc. (Really though at a kids store?) Let alone I wasn't greeted (are you kidding me I couldn't interupt their conversation!!) There was ALOT of Toys/Clothes all over floor (what a hazzard) Let alone the mounds of dirt & dust on all of the toys on display!! I pulled a toy down from the top shelf must of had an inch of dust fall on me @least. So I grabbed the toy go to check out, I asked if they could do a little better on the price since it was flithy dusty batteries half dead (I would have to clean it etc.) He said "NO the prices are set there's nothing he can do, they cant just change the price they clean them & make sure their working" I really nice about everything!! It is what it is!! Paid than left, As I get home to clean the toy up underneath was NEVER cleaned mounds of food and mold under the toy let alone the batteries were corroded inside of battery terminal & some of the orginal parts were missing. Beware of what you purchase from this store!! Very Disappointed!!

I almost give this place a four just for overall inventory but there are a few draw backs. One being the fact that 95% of this stuff maybe more, is used so you would think the prices would be a little cheaper but I get that they need to make money somehow. The only other problem I have with the place is if you're trying to sell some of your own kids clothing or toys etc. to them, then it's definitely a matter of opinion and and which employee you get. For instance, I brought in some used clothing and some new clothing my kids never wore. The girl barely took anything. Next day I came back with the same items, different employee, took way more items for cash, so it's like opinion based to me. Anyhow, it's generally a nice store.
