Passionate workers who raise their own pets and are free with giving and receiving knowledge. If you want a sterile spotless mall-type pet store, you should probably look elsewhere. This is a store of weird clearance items and ever- changing animal inventory, staffed with loving weirdos. They deserve my money, and possibly yours. Visit the store and see if it's for you.

I have gotten 2 pets here who I love very much! But I don't think I would be comfortable returning here for pet food or for a pet as I was practically chased out of the store today by a very rude male worker. He talked to my sister as if she were completely stupid when she asked him a question and then said we couldn't hold a rabbit because only someone looking to buy one could do that. We were looking to buy one! I was going to get a bunny as a friend for my rabbit at home.

Love these guys! I was having trouble with crickets dying to soon and they explained how to house them better for longevity. My tarantulas are "happy" because they get more regular feedings in between my trips to the store.

Great place to get quality pet supplies. Super cool and friendly staff. Helpful, too. I'd take my business to this shop before I'd go anywhere else.

Passionate people who own their own pets. Super knowledgeable and friendly folks. Please consider these good people before buying from corporate pet vendors with no associated loving community.
