I asked an associate if there was anything I could do for my dog that breaks out of her crate and she chews and destroys my things. She said that I should go to my vet and put her on medication! And then said I should build a crate she can't excape from. I thought she would help me find something that would help me in the store but to my avail she did not. I was willing to buy something that would help. Another associate did help me find a certain collar I needed when I first arrived but I couldn't find her to ask about the chewing and escaping so I asked the one I first spoke about. I left with my 34 dollar collar. Not sure if I'll return.

I like this store very much! The rewards system is nice and easy to work with and join. Big Store and they have cats and kittens ( if Kittens are in season) for those looking to ADOPT. they have dog training too. I love this store and always go there for all my pet's needs and wants.Staffs are nice and helpful! This store have fishes for those who wanna be a fish owners. They have Salt water fish and fresh water fish if that makes sense... yeah.. Go here. It's amazing and atmosphere is welcoming. If you don't like it, put a review and let this store know.

The have good quality dog food. A little pricey, but I want the best for my doggies. Lots of toys and treats too. A nice selection of fish, birds, and rodent-type animals. I also like that they have shelter animals on display for adoption.

Just left petsmart in Grand Chute WI. I usually go there about once a month to stock up on cat food and litter and stuff for my fish. I normally don't rate stores but it was nice to have a guy that was a very nice cashier and I don't know his name but this is my 3rd experience with him,his cashier# on the receipt is 590864 and he should be commended for the job he is doing. I used to cashier at a store and its not as easy as people think and they are way under paid. Keep up the great work and thanks for being you and helping my day by being pleasant. Trust me when I say cashiers sometimes see the worst in people and yet they keep chugging along. See ya next time

Went there to compare their allergy meds to Petco. When I couldn’t find what I was looking for I had to track down someone to help me.
This person was possibly the rudest customer service employee I have ever encountered! No exaggeration!
I will NEVER go back to that store!!
