Went in around 10:30 to get my oil changed didn't leave until 1:30. If only I could no stars for this review. This is second time I have come to this location and received terrible service. The first time was busy so I thought I would go back and give them a second chance and this experience was much worse than the first. They didn't have my oil filter and didn't realize half way through the process so I needed to wait for that. You would think they would rotate the tires while they're waiting for the part, but no they proceed to work on other people's cars instead of finishing mine. Then they offer me an air filter for my car which incline to, but they don't have that either. Instead of letting me know that I'll have to wait longer for the air filter they just let me sit for another hour and a half without saying anything. Then when I ask if my car is going to be ready soon they say they put in the computer my car is a 4 cylinder when it's actually a 6. So when I tell them that they're going to have to change the oil then because it's not for the right engine he rudely tells me that everything is fine I just need to wait for the manager to come. I SPENT THREE HOURS FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. It's not my fault they don't take they're information down right and it's not my fault that they don't keep parts in their shop. I will NEVER return to this location again and will let every person I know to never go there and spend there hard earned money

This place is great. They always take care of you and your vehicle's needs. Highly recommend this place for tires and service repairs

These guys will try to cheat you. I had a nail in my tire so I took it in here to get plugged. They said it was too close to the edge and I needed to get a new tire. I told them to show me the nail and it was a good 2 inches towards the middle, there's not even a question whether they could plug it. These people think you're an idiot and will try to take advantage of you.

Voicemail transcript:
"Hey Robert, how you doing, this is Gary over at Just Tires. Uh I'm calling you about this tire here, we're not able to repair because you've got a nail real close to the sidewall on the inside. So you do NEED to replace it, give me a call when you get a chance (phone number)"

Went to there and the guy told me he would look at my car...2 hours later I go ask him when were they going to look at my car and he said he was never going to look at my car...I complained to the manager and he gave a bullshit apology. Won't go there again....thanks for NOTHING!!
