I called to ask one simple question and it was answered. The person that took the call was polite and I didn't have to wait long at all.

I called to ask if they were open 24 hours and the women that answered said yes. She was very polite and helped me to pay the rest of my ticket. She even made sure that she gave me the reciept number and send me a copy of it as well.

If you really really really hate yourself, definitely make sure you have to visit this court. The staff are absolutely horrible, terrible attitudes, awful communication skills, and attitudes for days. I assume they all hate their lives too, since they act so nasty. 

In all honesty, regardless of why someone has to visit a courthouse, they shouldn't be greeted with horrible human beings with horrible attitudes. Nor should they be hung up on, and ignored.
