JW Heating & Air replaced a Heating Exchange for our 5-ton unit. The servicemen, David and Rudy, were on time, extremely knowledgeable of how to best conduct the repair in the most reliable, efficient and timely manner. They made sure to handle the unit in the best way and care as possible. Upon completion of the new installation, they tested the system in all possible conditions to be sure it was installed properly and would perform well.  I appreciate such friendly, caring and professional work that JW provides and highly recommend you to use them.

Jeffrey P called before he came, arrived on time, was casual, friendly, and respectful of our time. He got along great with our dog which makes a huge difference to us!  He quickly inspected our home and gave us some education on the recommended products best for us.  We got all our questions answered and feel great about our future purchase.  Having a wonderful first impression really puts us at ease for our investment.  Thank you!

Couldn’t be happier with JW Heating and Air. They installed my HVAC two years ago and regularly service it. They did such a great installation, any work men who have needed to go into the attic say how good a job they did.  Michael, the technician who came for the maintenance checkup today was professional and a pleasure to have around. Even my dog licked him.

We had Alex come to do our regular maintenance and we were so happy to meet him and we learned so much from him. Alex was extremely detailed and thorough and explained everything to us that he'd inspected. He gave us several options regarding some repairs, explaining how parts of our system worked. Alex is the most friendly and personable employee of JW Heating & Air we've ever met, and we will be requesting him from now on!!!

Our heater died recently, and being a 1975 unit is is pretty worn. Jacob was very helpful in figuring out what to do and WHEN to do it; after a thorough system check he gave me some options and worked with my situation. It was a great intro to a company that will surely get my business in the near future when I pull the trigger on an upgrade. Thanks for the great service!
