Window consultation was excellent and we were excited to find a local family owned company to do our windows. Unfortunately, our windows are taking longer than we we were told. 6-8 weeks was the estimate. We are in week 7 and we were told they will not be done for 3 more weeks. That is a total of 10 weeks. I called and shared my frustration. I am very unhappy with the length of time it is taking. If you say 6-8 weeks then that's what it should be. And if it's going to take longer, then the customer should be contacted. I should not have to call after 6 weeks and ask about the windows.

WOW! What great service! And we live in Tulare! The price was right too! This is the way a business is supposed to be run. The customer comes first. If you don't give Teri a chance to help you, then you are missing out on a wonderful experience and opportunity. Oh, and the Anlin windows are the best; bar none. Thank you JZ Construction.
