I had Wheaton Door & Window come out and install our front entry door with sidelights & an a rather large I graves picture window. Installation was easy. Our door & side panels were done in one day & on a second date they replaced the window and framed it perfectly. Definitely recommend and will use again when we replace the Windows. Guys cleaned up the mess and were very polite. Thanks guys, job well done.

Wheaton door and window agreed to do work and then was unresponsive to any e-mail or phone call for just under 2 weeks and finally just ended up not doing the work. David Finan is the embodiment of poor customer service.

Terrible customer service. Getting them to respond to anything was impossible. Ended up not being able to have work done from them due to their inability to return any phone calls or e-mails. Certainly not a company that anyone should work with.

I had Wheaton Door and Window Company come out to give me and my husband an estimate on replacing 7 windows in my home. The sales rep arrived promptly and explained the service thoroughly. We agreed to move forward and the windows were installed 3 weeks after we signed contract. We are very happy with our new windows and would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family. Thanks for a job well done.
