If you choose to park here, good luck. Your car is not safe, the staff is rude, the elevator goes out frequently and don't mind the homeless people and gangs that sleep and hang out in the stairwell. ***Update*** After a fun process of the parking structure repainting their fire sprinkler pipes red and dripping paint all over my girlfriend's car and then refusing to pay for anyone else to correct it other than the guy who illegally lives in and runs an auto body shop out of the building on the roof, I'm happy to announce that they found my review and have since banned us from parking here, so that's nice.

My car was broken into and the security cameras are all broken. The owner told me that too many people were asking for footage for it to be worth it, then threatened to call the cops on me when I asked for a refund. But hey, now I'm going to learn all about small claims court!

Though you might have a monthly pass you get treated like you are stealing the parking. The proprietor is rude and hapless. The valet service that rents the garage at night takes over all the spaces so that you're lucky if you find one, even if you have a monthly pass. They also speed through a poorly planned design without concern for anyone's safety. Cars are broken into and parked illegally as a matter of course. If that weren't enough, the place is filthy and has a lingering smell of garbage and rot.

Rude, rude, rude. i pulled up to the booth and the guy inside is just sitting there looking at me and i'm looking back at him. He finally comes out and just continues looking at me and so i finally asked, "Am i supposed to pay here?" He replies, "Yea, you want to give me your money?" And I repsonded, "How much?" He replies, "$5." So I told him i'm not interested and so i decided to back out my car so i'm waiting for the street to clear. And then he makes some snide comment, "You trying to back out your car? I can help you... You look like you've never been to school." WTF! First of all, people who go to school don't work where he works.

The only time I have dealt with this company's parking services was when I used the valet parking at Moo Dae Po II in Koreatown, and got a nice, new, deep 4 inch scratch on the side of our otherwise exceptionally clean car, and was basically told (by the owner no less) that I should just shut up and go home because "you want me to pay for everyone who comes in here and lies about getting their car scratched?" Good stuff. Could happen anywhere that takes money to park your car, but takes no responsibility for what happens to it... but I will make a point to avoid any parking sites these guys operate in the future.
