Horrible experience. I made an online reservation for a parking spot during an event happening at the House of Blues (next door). In the same time there was a Red Sox game. When I arrived at the garage they wouldn't let me park using my pre-paid pass ($17,25) as the price went up due to the game ($45) so the reservation was NO LONGER VALID! Ridiculous... People should be aware of their tactics.

Scammers run this garage! Paid cash and not the machine. Didn't feel safe and changed my mind about parking here after less than a minute. Was refused a refund because the ticket touched the inside of my car. Unbelievable. I wouldn't trust your car or you being in this garage.

One of my worse experiences going into Boston. I reserved a spot 3 weeks in advance for a Red Sox versus Yankees game. I literally sat outside the garage waiting 45 minutes while watching the bumbling idiots inside run back and forth to maneuver cars and create open spots. I missed the first 2 1/2 innings of the game. I will never reserve a space here again.
