I went to the salon after reading the great reviews. I was highly disappointed. When I first walked into the salon, I did not like the environment,  not because it wasn't clean or anything like that but because one of the stylists was opening complaining about her issues she was having with Groupon. She was shouting, getting all worked up. Apparently they had put coupons out that they weren't supposed to and it was a mess. At first I didn't mind but she kept going on and ranting. A salon experience, in my opinion, is supposed to be relaxing and she made MY stress level go up. I felt so bad for the man in her chair. This was a business issue that should have been held in private, not in front of clients. Next, I was in the chair, I showed the stylist what I would like, we came up with a plan and then she started to put the color in my hair. She was double booked, meaning as my color would sit she would put color in the next person's hair and come back to me- not a problem with me normally. However, the color of the other person was booked wrong. So she wasn't done when it was time for my color to be removed. She had someone else remove the color, I came back to the chair, my main stylist was able to start working on me and soon realized all the color wasn't out of my hair, she had to rinse me again, we go back and she continues drying my hair and for a THIRD time realized all the color wasn't out and had to take me back to the sink. She continues blowing drying my hair and completing the cut. I soon realize the color wasn't what I wanted and was nothing like the picture I had showed her. I still liked it so I wasn't going to say much. I had asked her if she would put curls in my hair as I was going on vacation with my boyfriend and really would like it curled. She threw WAVES in my hair, that fell out by the time I got home. I was so disappointed, My hair does hold a curl very well but she was trying to rush back to the other client. The topping to this was when I checked out my total was $141. I am very use to paying high end for my hair, I was expecting it to be high but that was extremely overpriced, considering all she did on me was an all over color and cut an inch and a half off my hair and my hair doesn't go past my shoulders. The service I got was extremely below what all these reviews say. Honestly, I wouldn't be back. I never write reviews either but this is an experience that I think potential clients should know.

Just got home from the salon and could not be happier with my cut and balayage! I took a chance just by reading the positive (RAVING) reviews online, and let me tell you, the critics are right!! This place was the best salon I've ever been to. The staff was welcoming and cheerful. It's obvious that the girls love what they do, and they work together to make sure everyone is comfortable and feeling their absolute best. Bobbie cut my hair and did a beautiful natural looking balayage! I was amazed when she showed me in her mirror but even more wowed when I got in my car and out in the sunlight! It is exactly what I wanted and I will definitely be back. I would HIGHLY recommend K Bella, you will not be disappointed!

Jordan did an AMAZING job on my hair. She cut and colored it. I am so happy!! I wanted something different yet subtle and natural looking and she delivered. It's so fun and pretty! Their team is awesome.
