I had made an appointment to get hair and makeup done. What happened if my fiancé had a bunch of things happened that left us 20 minutes late and so I couldn’t do the hair appointment. I was so emotionally upset because we were suppose to do photos for our engament right after. He felt so bad about it. When I got there they did everything they could to assist me with out messing up anyone’s already schedule time but at the same time was on point for me everything they did. I am so greatful for the three special ladies who got us back on point for our photos! Very great services and they go the distance they care and passionate about what they do.

I LOVE Charisma. Mary, who does the most amazing job with eyebrows and make-up, has been my brow savior for 16 years. 16 years! I won't let anyone else touch my brows. And Stephanie  W. has finally given me the best haircut solution ever. I have struggled for years and I finally am happy. I used to travel up to an hour to come here-that says a ton. Thanks Charisma!

I been taking my son to this place since his first hair cut almost  year and a half and the same girl I don't know if she doesn't remember him which  could be possible..   but I always ask for the same hair cut ( 2 on the side  and 4 on the top) today my husband took him there and told the girl the same thing ... when I got to see him w8th his hair cut I almost had a heart attack it looked like  she did 2 all around his head after my husband told her 2 on the side and 4 on the top ... I'm very disappointed.. .  It even look in one spot like she cut way to much made a hole on the top of his head

First visit haircut was not exactly what I had wanted, seemed to be a communication miss with the stylist.   Called a week later and expressed i was not happy with the cut, booked what they called a "re-cut".  The re-cut was much worse than the first, and they charged me full price for it!  So I spent $100 over 2 weeks and my hair looks awful, looks like I have a $30 cut from BoRics.  From a place that markets as an upscale salon, they are not.  They charge extra to dry your hair after a color, they won't even let you add your gratuity on your credit charge.  I will not be going back here.  The stylist was professional and friendly and appeared to be putting in a lot of effort during the cut yet lacked stylistic vision and the result was a very poor looking cut.
