This beauty supply is huge, nice and neat. The prices are good and the people who work here are helpful. I always go here or send clients here to get their hair. They have a frequent buyer program too.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. 

I Tried to make an exchange for one wrong color UNOPENED pack of hair - WITH receipt. They wouldn't even look at it and were very rude!

It's a shame - I used to buy a lot of hair products there -  they just lost a customer!

I shop here often.  This is the best beauty supply in Alexandria for multiple ethnicity.

They have a pretty decent selection. However the hair I purchased was too long, and when I tried to return it they would only give store credit. So now I have 60 dollars worth of store credit that I will probably forget about.

Took my intellectually disabled individuals there to shop. The ladies there was very nice great customer service. My individuals got to try on lip stick and bought allot.
