We can repair and renew your favorite shoes, boots, baseball gloves, zippers, purses, coats and jackets along with many more.

We have a wide selection for sale from some of the biggest names around including; Justin, Danner, Nocona, and Chippewa boots.

We can build up most of your shoes with a custom orthopedic shoe elevation.

We carry Spenco products, shoe polish, and many other shoe care products.

We use only high quality Vibram products.

I brought in a pair of shoes just to see if there was any hope for them. I had worn them to point they were falling apart but they were my favorite go to shoes. I didn't have much hope. They looked and said they could get them back to usable condition. I was very sceptical. Two days later they were done. I couldn't believe my own eyes. They looked like my old shoes and like new at same time. They did an absolutely amazing work. The price was very reasonable especially for the quality. You will not go wrong at this business.

This is the only place I will go to from now on for shoe/boot work. David was friendly, fair, and very knowledgeable. I had a couple of special requests, and he took them in stride. I love the Thorogoods I got there, and will absolutely recommend this shop to everybody who needs work done. Very satisfied customer here.

I have mixed feelings bc on two pairs of boots I have two separate experiences. One came out exactly as was agreed upon & the other came out tighter.

I was given the return policy on multiple occasions once by the owner & a second time by an employee, both only by mouth & not in writing which is a mistake I own not catching bc that would have protected me. When I tried to return the tight one according to what I was told, I was then told I was mistaken on the return policy & the only action the owner would take would cost me $117.94 plus the pair of boots leaving me nothing to sell to make back my money so I can buy a new pair.

It’s unfortunate the experience could not have been resolved in a more constructive manor. I am definitely overall more disappointed than satisfied based on the customer service experience with the unsatisfactory pair of boots. Bc humans aren’t perfect, & it’s possible another mistake can happen in the future, I don’t feel comfortable chancing my business there based on how this situation was handled.

Had my GF drop off boots about a month ago for only 2 days. I work hard on them daily and  they are still holding up strong. Great job and thank you for saving me $120 and the hassle of breaking in a new pair of boots. Would highly recommend.
