Had my car towed roughly 15 miles into the city, driver was super friendly and quick. Although he wasn't super excited about unloading my car in the city, he stayed friendly and accommodating. Pricing isn't too bad either.

My truck got towed to K&K by the Arnold police and the tire was damaged somehow.  I told Kevin about it, and they  bought me a brand new tire,  mounted and balanced with no charge.  Didn't expect a tow company to own up to it but these guys are reputable. Thanks K&K because that would have been a lot of money out of pocket for me to buy another tire.

Driver was extremely rude.  
The other day I was stuck behind an accident when the tow truck came up behind the car next to me. He honked a few times.  The car tried to move up, but the tow truck driver was so inpatient he always swiped my car and then proceeded to flip off the elderly couple for not moving fast enough.  At this point the firetruck and ambulance were still there blocking the car, so he could not retrieve the car anyway.
