Pat and the team are phenomenal. They went above and beyond to take great care of my vehicle. They were a bit more costly than originally anticipated, but they repaired issues I didn't know I had in a timely manner. 

The service I received definitely warrants recommendations to anyone in need of car care.

I was recommended to go this place by a friend of mine. I initially went here for a wheel alignment which was 99 dollars, a little pricey. I dropped my vehicle off that Wednesday evening and they worked on it the next morning. I picked my vehicle up later on that day and drove for a block or two and noticed that my steering wheel was not centered. Made a U-Turn immediately and returned back to the shop to report my issue. I spoke with the mechanic Pat about my issue and told him that my steeeing wheel was steal slightly turned to the right and my car was steal veering to the right. He simply told me to just bring it back the next morning Friday since they were closing shortly. I brought my vehicle in at bout 11am that Friday morning. No they close at 530pm and I noticed by 515pm they hadn't giving me a call yet to notify me that my vehicle was ready. I pulled up promptly at 528pm in my gfs car and the lady at the front desk who I'd been doing most of communication with was leaving out the side door until I asked her was my camry ready. She looked as if she had seen a ghost and asked me to enter the shop. Asked for my name and seemed as if she was looking for my keys like she really didn't know where they were. Then she called Pat to the front who explained to me that their alignment machine had broken down and that they sent my vehicle to FireStone Without my permission or any notification! That was strike one! (Now I didn't ask any questions and or act out when they told me this information because I was in such a hurry to get my vehicle back)So they sent me to pick up my vehicle from Firestone and litteraly drive my car home and parked it for 15mins! I get back in my car and now it doesn't start! I went without my vehicle the whole weekend! I called STL Auto back Monday morning and explained the situation to Michele at the front desk! She continued to explain that my car not staring had nothing to do with what they did. But I retaliated stating that they sent my car somewhere else, so there's no way they knew EXACTLY what FireStone did! (And my steering wheel still was centered by the way) She then tells me that she'll have a there Towe truck come out and pick up my car to bring to shop to see what was wrong with my car. Now she stated that this would be free of charge! After Towing my car there they called back a few hours later explaining to me that I needed a new throttle body and that he had nothing to do with a wheel alignment. She told me the cost and labor for that was rough $1100! I didn't have that kind of money and suggested that up bring my own part which brought my total down to $342. 3 days past and I realize I can't afford the part nor to get it fixed. So I called back stating that I would have my car towed home in the mean time until I had enough money. That's when the shop hit me with all these miscomuncated charged that I knew nothing about! (Now I already payed them $100 for wheel alignment that still wasn't finished correctly) She charged me $67 for towing my car there and $110 for diagnosising the problem. But she did state any of this over the phone when I spoke with her. She said nothing about charging for a diagnosis and nothing about charging for my car to be towed there. She actually said it would free! But she lied and said that it would be free of charge if it had anything to do with what they did! She did not state any of this initially. 

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! THEY WILL SEND YOUR CAR TO OTHER SHOPS WITHOUT PERMISSION! AND THEY HAVE ALL THESE MISCOMUNICATED HIDDEN FEES! 
THEY ARE RIP OFF!!!!

Thankful for the great service.  Tow truck was quick and the driver so very polite and friendly when I was a little nervous on a busy interstate.   And reasonable price.  Life saver for us. Thank you so much.
