Customer service was great over the phone; we were able to schedule an appointment and have a new water heater installed in less than 24 hours. The installation took less time than quoted. Adam, the gentleman who installed the water heater, was on time, was courteous, and worked very efficiently. We've never had a bad experience with K Kelly for our plumbing and heating/cooling needs.

Exceptional service. Call was answered promptly at the office and I was able to schedule an appointment at my convenience, not theirs.
The technician, Brad, showed up on time and gave an estimate of the repair within the first few minutes. It was very fair and he completed the work very quickly and cleanly.
Will definitely use K.Kelly again in the future.

Brad installed an ice maker line for our new refrigerator.  I was just going to get a quote, but the price was fair and he had the time to do it immediately.  He did great work, cleaned up and was an all around nice guy.  I would recommend them for any needs you have.  It is nice that K Kelly is a one-stop shop for so many service needs.  I am working with Trent on a gas line install for a new range and an estimate for a range hood/vent installation as well.  He was thorough in walking me through the project and explaining options.

Our furnace went out in the early hours. Called K. Kelly and within two and a half hours the furnace was repaired. Dave was very friendly and conscientious. Price was reasonable. Thanks guys!

I was very satisfied with the work.  Brad arrived on time, was very courteous and friendly.  He completed the work very professionally and did a nice job of clean up after.  Everyone at the office also was very friendly.  I will work with the folks at K. Kelly again.  Ken H.
