Today 6-20-17 I had Vern Kummers Plumbing over to install a new faucet on the outside of my house. I called around and Sinclair would do it for a flat $150. Vern doesn't give out quotes over the phone and said it would be an automatic $65 service fee just to quote out and it would be included in the job price since they were already there. I took a gamble thought I'd save some money and went with Vern. Wish I wouldn't have.
The plumber Tom arrived and quoted me $250, $100 more than Sinclair. At this point I was already out $65 because he was there. So I pretty much had no choice. While Tom was installing the faucet he cut a pipe to tie into and water was spraying everywhere. HE DIDN'T SHUT OFF THE WATER TO THE HOUSE. After the job was done he left and had to come back a hour later because he forgot some of his tools. My basement is still wet.

I wouldn't ever recommend Vern Kummers Plumbing

My experience with Vern kummers Plumbing has been outstanding. The quality and the concern of the work completed is unremarkable. The staff has been more than willing to help me in all aspects of my home. I highly recommend Vern kummers Plumbing for any type of residential need thank you so much!

We are pleased with the service that John provided in the installation of our new water heater.  He was friendly, courteous, and took the time to explain all available options.  We were very impressed with both his knowledge of the product and work ethic.  Vern Kummers Plumbing will be the company we contact in the future for any plumbing needs.

I have to amend my original review, as I met with the owner of Kummers Plumbing and expressed my concerns and dissatisfaction.  He was very accommodating and adjusted my charge.  He seemed genuinely concerned with my satisfaction.
