Very unprofessional. I was interested in a 2007 Lexus ES 350 they had and was willing to work with them on price. I took it to my mechanic who told me it badly needed new tires, it had a timing chain cover leak, as well as a power steering pump leak. My mechanic knows what he is talking about as he is a Toyota certified mechanic. I told John about these issues and he called my mechanic inexperienced and refused to work with me on price. If he was professional he would've at least told me to come into his office to talk, but he didn't even offer that. John made it sound like he had hoards of people interested in the car which was a total lie, as the car was rotting on their lot and ended up going to wholesale. Avoid this dealership as all they do is tell lies and acts unprofessionally.

Response from the owner in the last week:

Zac offered a ridiculous price on the car and had brought the car to a buddy that works out of his house and couldn't provide a professional record from his so called mechanic. The car was sold the next day at full retail from a customer whom had it inspected at Lexus. They gave the car a 99 out of 100. The customer who bought the car loves it and has sent us two more customers who have bought cars also from us. We have been in business for 23 years and have a A+ rating from the BBB which is almost impossible in the used car industry. Good luck in your buying a used car.

Of course they’re going to say I offered a ridiculous price. I offered $9500 on a car priced at $9995, and I believe $9500 was generous with all the problems it had. He’s not my buddy, he’s a professional mechanic, Family Care Auto and Transmission, he has a higher rating than your dealership with more reviews. It wasn’t sold the next day, I checked your site two weeks after and it was rotting on your lot. I highly doubt such a reputable dealership would rate that vehicle 99, if its  true please show the proof. You have an A+ rating? That doesn’t mean much until the reviews (several, one posted last week) who say they were sold a lemon from you guys send a complain in, then we’ll see how long that “A+“ lasts. So glad I didn’t buy from here. Very unprofessional in their business practice and all they like to do is lie without evidence backing up their claims and their lemon vehicles. I told all my friends and family to avoid this business like the plague.

Bought a total lemon at this place. A 2006 Mercedes R350. I took it to Good Year that told me the front gear box was bad and needed to be replaced and the front struts. They told me I had to use their mechanic who already looked at the car and certified it was OK. He said the strut was fine. I took it to a third mechanic who said the struts were about to blow. Since then I have had to make many more repairs on brakes, tires, engine intake, fuse box, and others. I am now about 250% percent into a lemon that I am finally going to sale. They buy cheap cars and sale them without fully checking them. I would NOT recommend this place.

I bought both of my cars from K&L Autos. Both were/are wonderful cars, and the employees are helpful and respectful. Nick is extremely helpful and easy to work with.

Bought a car awhile back from this place, yes they're easy to work with when you walk in with money of course! But as they say you don't judge a book by it cover. Long story short I was lied to, mistreated, and harass after purchasing a vechicle from this place to help with their small business growth and i'll be glad to explained in full detail for anyone who is interested but lets just say at the end of the day it was bitter sweet. Honestly if these peoples change their acts and do as they promise, I wouldn't mind purchasing from this place again if the right vechicle pop up again with the right bargain.
