DO NOT USE DROP OFF SERVICE! They changed staff a couple months  ago and these new ppl really brought the place down. First strike when the lady rounded my bill up! Then for two weeks in a row they didn’t return a article of my clothing and acted as if they couldn’t care less. They guy who works in the late evening is nice and i can’t speak on their self serve services, but for drop off, I️ WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT

Very clean, well lit, WiFi and several flat screen televisions throughout the establishment. Also, the free dry with each wash a big plus.
