This was the worse Pedicure I have ever had. Vincent was actually falling asleep during the massage. Not once but several times he stopped and I looked up to see his head hanging and his eyes shut; then he would jerk awake and continue. It was also noticed by my friend and another worker. The gentleman working on my friend poked Vincent to wake him up. The massage wasn’t completed and the nail paint job was very sloppy. 
The other unsatisfactory part of the visit was being told it would be a 15 minute wait and it turning into over an hour. If they had been honest up front I would have rescheduled.

I have been going to this place on and off throughout 10 y/rs. Depending on who does your nails they can be rough and rushed. I'm very particular when it comes to what I want and how I want my nails (especially shape). Kevin is one of the best there! He gets it. My nails come out perfect when he does them. Mary can be a little rough but is also good too. It's hard to find a good nail salon especially in palm bay but this place is decent.

Came here on my lunch break for a pedicure, was told it would be a 15 minute wait so I grabbed a slice of pizza. Fast forward AN HOUR and still no pedicure, I am still waiting and wondering why I bothered waiting around. I’ve been coming here for 3.5 years and the service keeps getting worse. I’m done with this place.

the painting was messy and bulky, also the shaping was uneven and the whole entire thing was just awful. I've had way better it just depends on who you go to and I was sent to an old guy who didn't understand what I was asking for and was very ruff.
