First off, I hate going to the dentist office but as we all know, if we want to keep your teeth there is no avoiding them

All the staff is super knowledgeable and highly trained. (I make it a habit to find out credentials for everyone who will be working on any part of my body). The hygienist was gentle, graduated top of her class and made me feel comfortable. She also finished quickly but did a better job then all of the hygienist I have had the displeasure to work with who took longer to clean my teeth. I also enjoyed having the time to discuss oral health and her recommendations

I enjoy efficiency so the examination was quick precise and gave me thought points to think about before proceeding. 

We all hate going to the dentist but this place made it less aggravating because the experience was thorough, effective and over quickly. 

Looking forward to my next visit.

The most unprofessional experience I've ever had at a dentist. The dentist didn't even show up for the appointment!! Scheduled a routine clean and x-ray exam, I also had a few queries for the orthodontist. I get there, the computers were down so couldn't get an x-ray (of course, I wasn't notified of this earlier). The dental assistant cleaned my teeth. There were no dentists or orthodontists in the clinic at all!!! It was 11am!! Can you imagine that??!! The irony is that you're obligated to pay a $75 cancellation fee if you cancel within 48 hours. And yet, the dentist is free to not show up to your appointment at all, and waste your time. The staff offered to reschedule an appointment - are you kidding me??? What kind of a clinic is this?? I absolutely DO NOT recommend this clinic at all. The dentist called several hours later to apologise for not showing up to the appointment. Not good enough! With service like this, I'm surprised they're still in business.

Overwhelming positive experience here. The staff and dentists are kind, organized, and efficient. Billing is always transparent and prompt, no gimmicks or surprises after the visit. They act authentically interested in each patient's  oral health. I have recommended the practice to friends and family.

My insurance company covers two free cleanings a year and one XRAY, I have been using this K street Dental for 5 year almost but they hired a new office manager who claimed that since I skipped my last cleaning she will need to charge for an extra special cleaning. She tried to get me to sign some document while I was in the chair and I refused. Looks like they are trying to pad the bills here. Unethical office.

I have been going to this practice since 2010 or so. Customer service was great when I started going, basically everything was great! NOT ANYMORE. I had to reschedule an appointment due to something out of my control that was work related. I offered to run there (albeit late, but still) lady was surly telling me no that they are fully booked. All I am getting done is a teeth cleaning. I have never and don't have cavities or issues, no braces. NADA. You mean to tell me they could not squeeze me in if I came and waited? She proceeded to tell me in the same breath that I was going to be charged $75 dollars and when did I want to reschedule for. NO THANK YOU. They have lost a customer. Their location is not convenient for me anymore but I was willing to continue going there because of the service I have received over the years, but the rudeness has me saying "GOODBYE".
