They charged my insurance $1,100 for just a cleaning just because I had good insurance. When I looked at the itemized bill through my insurance company, they had charged nearly $200 under "consultation" which basically meant the actual dentist came and said hello, looked at my chart, and had a 45 second conversation right before I left. When I called them about the bill, their reply was, "Don't worry about it. Whatever the insurance company won't pay, you won't get charged the balance". They literally tried to drain as much of my insurance as humanly possible. Do not go here!

I've never had a bad experience at Soft Touch. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and communicative. I don't think I've ever had to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. Dr. Shenasi never made me feel guilty about my pre-Soft Touch flossing habits (I've since made it a more consistent habit). I'm happy to say I'll be returning to this place as long as I'm in DC and as long as ST or my insurance doesn't change.

I wish I could give this horrible place and the woman ABBY!! No damn stars!!! Last year in June 2017, I paid $8000 for dental work! Within a month of services this lady calls me back and says I owe and additional $300. I paid her same day with out heaitation!! I get a call from Jalise- assuming the front desk clerk, regarding my crown that had arrived and needs to be delivered. I now live in California and not dc. It’s been a complete year, and this woman Abby, has the nerve to tell me that I’m not being kind to myself because I’ve asked for a refund! This company called me to ask for additional funds for the services they gave me but didn’t call about a crown!!!! Like it’s been almost a entire year later and you expect me to be ok with getting a crown a year later?!! They didn’t hesitate to take over $8,000 and I kindly remitted additional payment when they called me,l!! In fact abbey was the one called and left a message and I paid her right away and SHE said nothing about my crown being ready!!! So I’ve asked for funds to be reimbursed!!! Talking with her via phone today was all horrible customer support and just I feel completely swindled out of money, like thousands. They really need to figure out a solution to this.. horrible company!
