I wish I could give 0 stars!Bad salon! Do not go there!
I went there to get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I wanted to have matching colors. An older lady with glasses advised me to take a particular gel color for my hands and another one showed me 2 options for my feet. I chose the one that looked similar. I made sure to ask for their opinion since they are the professionals. First of all, the gel manicure was the worst I had ever had. She did such a poor job. I told the lady immediately that I was not happy with the result ( it looked very uneven, the color was not smooth and regular, you could see strokes, my nails were different length, my thumb had still a broken corner and the contour of the nails were not even at all). She said yes, I see, I will repair it. All she did was filling the extra gel on my nails like crazy. Painful too!
I told her and the gentleman at the reception that it was not good enough and that I needed her to redo my manicure. In addition the color on my feet was not matching at all. I was very disappointed and irritated. They charged me $66...She said to come back the following day. Not easy for me with a baby, but I still went back since I had a very important event the following day.  It was not convenient for me at all, but I had no choice.
Upon coming back the following day, i was told to go to another lady who informed me that she will charge me for the change of gel manicure!
She was so rude!
I explained to her what had happened and told her that I had mentioned my disappointment upon leaving the salon the night before.
It's not like the manicure was perfect and I just came back because I did not like the color!
It was the worst manicure ever! My kid would have done a getter job!
She would not let it go. Once I also mentioned the difference in color between my hands and feet, the response I got was :" well, you are the one who chose the color!". You need to pay if you want your hands to be fine properly with a matching color!
Waouh! What a poor customer service!
Absolutely awful!
I left the place since they would not accommodate their mistake.
Do not go there, you will be sorry.
They do not care about their client and do not take pride in their work period.
If i was the owner, i would have been Livid to let my client walked out with such a manicure !
