Great service & good people

I called to ask for a price and if they accept car care one cards, they didn't know what the card was. I asked about my vehicle and no where does it say requirements of year of vehicle. And I can't even get any help without it being diagnosed. Something simple as looking up a obd code they can't help with over the phone. I'm sure their survice is good, but vehicle can't be older than 13. And no advice available without having a diagnostic. Talking to the person on the phone, I said "ok?" After stating I was upset about this, they hung up the phone. Just my experience! I only have 70k on my 95 ranger. And an error code of p0107. Which is a air fuel mixture issue.

We are a local Watsonville business, and we take our entire fleet of Scion Xb to David at Kadotani. The work is accurately and honestly evaluated. Our office staff employees take their personal vehicles to Kadotani for service and repair. The point being, in this day and age, it's comforting to be able to have auto repair and service maintenance done by someone you trust. Drop it off, and pick it up, the work is done correctly and on time. The staff there is friendly and warm, and they even have a shuttle service when you drop it off!
