One of the best experiences I've had in a dentist office.  Both professional and thoughtful.  They explained everything that was going to happen – a crown on a lower back tooth – and gave me clear info and checked in with me as the procedure continued.  I received written instructions and a follow up call from Dr. Tran later that day.  Great care.

I was very nervous to be getting my first crown. Dr. Tran and her  dental staff were very thoughtful and helpful to make me as comfortable as possible under the circumstances, and best of all the day after everything fits and feels well in my mouth. This is just the temporary crown but I have every confidence the final one will fit as well because I am in good hands.

as it is with every appointment with dr. tran and lia, i am very satisfied with my visit today. anna is awesome as well...and i had the tender caring from dr. tran's assistant today too...after major dental work, i am fiinding it hard to remember her name but she is so helpful. thanks  to all of you

After going away to college and starting my career, it has been a while since I've seen a dentist, and I was apprehensive about coming in. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful of an experience I have had with Dr. Tran and her staff. Dr.Tran is extremely thorough, kind, and reassuring, and my hygienist, Lia, is such a gift. They go out of their way to make sure you are 100% comfortable and pain free at all times, and are very sensitive to offering you the most value for your budget. I'm so relieved I was referred to Kai Family Dentistry.

Dr. Tran and her staff are very professional, caring, and efficient!  At my latest appointment, three old silver fillings in  one tooth were drilled out and a new temporary crown cast and installed in an hour, with no pain and great communication.  
Leah, the dental hygenist, deserves praise too. She has been cleaning my teeth in he same office for 30 years. All around, a trustworthy, competent and kind dental practice!
