As I'm sitting here in the waiting area, my appointment was 1 hour ago and I still haven't been seen. I don't get why it's so difficult to see a patient at their scheduled time! There's a screaming child in here and the mother is just ignoring this insane trantrum. As every second passes, I'm debating on walking out... Don't come here. To add to that now.... The dentist just walked out on "lunch"... What the hell is wrong with this place! 
I'm walking out too! Having to wait almost 2 hours for a scheduled appointment is ridiculous!!!

Under new Management! I know this place has had bad rap and I used to be right there with you. But it's a whole new crew top notch. All ran by the best in the business Lameica Wharton. She will make sure you get the care you need. At a price that works with your budget. We all know a trip to the dentist is not cheap. But at Western Dental on Ocean Street and with Lameica by your side at least it's affordable and without sacrificing quality of service. There so good I literally feel asleep during an implant procedure.

First time I came with an appointment they told me the dentist was running behind and wouldnt be seeing anymore patients for the day. No call ahead of time. I rescheduled and came in a second time. This time I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes before I got up and left. During that time two separate people came in complaining about receiving calls for bills they had already paid. I'll try to find another dentist my insurance accepts.

Wonderful staff. All of them. Overall, a good experience. Everyone is really nice and considerate and I had a great dentist. I fell asleep that's how relaxed I was.

As a patient my anxiety is the worst when it comes to the dentist.  They will hold your hand through numbing and give you a tissue if you cry!  Thank You Western Dental, my root canal could not have gone smoother.
