Worst location for a medical office, no parking spaces to accommodate the public, and worst of all appointments here take months to book in advance. I don't really feel like I'm being taken cared of Kaiser.

Great location and staff. This is a much better drive than to the Imperial location.

Convenience, my dear Watson.  It's all about convenience.

Prior to this location, I'd have to drive to the Bellflower and/or Downey locations.  But, since the Cerritos Medical Offices opened up, literally minutes away, it's Speedy Roo time....................

except for when the check-in gets backed up.  To alleviate that, there are self check-in kiosks for appointments.  Unfortunately, not for labs.  Besides physician visits, pharmacy, lab & diagnostic services are provided here.  Surgery & member services are at the Bellflower & Downey sites.

The facility has been clean each time I've visited, whether for bloodwork at the lab or internal medicine on the 2nd floor.  The staff have been accommodating.  

Parking is available by the main entrance, with underground parking that has an elevator which takes patients right up to the check-in line.

Located across the Range Rover & Jaguar dealers at the Cerritos Auto Square, the Kaiser Permanente Cerritos Medical Offices are a welcome sight for this Cerritos resident.  Closeby, to where I can take a leisurely stroll instead of driving, is why I'm a fan & will be visiting each time I have lab orders & office visits.

Highly recommend!
