It’s saturday morning I drove all the way from Woodland Hills to pick up my mail on Saturday I got hourly off to be able to get my papers done they close earlier that is posted on their original closing time I was there and there was 2 other Indian families who were there 10:45 and we all got disappointed and it caused me to loose the whole day long appointments

I went for a walk-in flu shot. Receptionists were friendly and the nurse provided excellent service. I removed one star because I just don't like the idea of paying for parking at a medical facility.

They charge for patient parking. The pharmacy is always understaffed. There could be 3 people waiting for prescriptions or 20 and you'll still have to wait an unreasonable amount of time.

The hours for this pharmacy are incorrect. It opens at 8:30AM. If you get there at 8, you will have to wait and pay for parking. Though the pharmacy staff has declined terribly in its quality of service over the past 8 years, the nurses and doctors here are very good.
