Excellent clean fast pace service with friendly staff for me and my infant daughter urgent care and pharmacy too. Couldn't ask for more. What else could you want? Free baby books? Oh they give those with every visit too!

I went to urgent care today with the stomach flu and they had me wait 2 hours. I was throwing up in the bathroom and they still wouldn't see me. They couldn't figure out what was wrong and everyone was rude. The nurses in urgent care sat around talking and I saw them eating in the back on the clock! So unprofessional. The front desk girl I had walking in was so rude I will never return back to this hospital.

The location is very convenient. Staff are friendly. Sometimes the wait are 1.5 hrs., sometimes 15-20 minutes (Urgent Care). I take my 3 yr old and 5 yr old son here all the time , including me and my wife. When my 5 yr old started going to school, he gets sick all the time. We all visit  to this place more than going to the mall. Please people don't expect "Emergency Services" here. If you have a life threatening event, go to Henry Mayo Hospital ED or drive to KP Panorama. All this ratings thing comes down to "peoples perception". If you set yourself to have a very high and unrealistic  expectation, you will absolutely give it zero to 1 star. And I work for the health care industry .

Kaiser Pharmacy in Santa Clarita is one of the best!

Wait time for drop off AND pick up was less than 15 minutes. Lovesd it!!!
