I absolutely love this office... I am 21 years old and I cry at the mention of needles and twice I have had to go in to urgent care here. Once for a kidney infection that required a very painful antibiotic shot and also to have a piece of wood removed from my underneath my nail. Paul has helped me both times with this, Chris and James are also the best nurses I have ever met! I have a really hard time going to the doctor and Paul who did most of the painful Shots made me feel at ease. Paul is so kind and he'll make you laugh too! He knows what's best and has helped me get over of my fear in order to heal quicker. Thank you to this office and their staff

My friend who has the flu and is coughing terribly and is very dizzy went to the urgent Care this morning. She was treated very unsympathetically, had to wait 4 hours to see a doctor and when he finally came in said " how are you other than your kidneys and eyes" which showed he must have read the wrong chart. The nursing care was awful, she froze for two hours in the exam room with no one seeming to care about her whatsoever. I give this clinic a "D" !!!

Very incompetent people working here. Extremely rude and have zero customer service skills. Especially the front desk the girl with the red hair. Has a real chip on her shoulder. Takes her time chatting so checks you in late, has an attitude. This has happened mutltiple times. She always talks to people as if we are inconvenience her. I shouldn’t have to show up 15-25 mins earlier so she can have non sense chit chat conversations with her co workers. There is maybe 2-3 incredible sweet nurses and MDs. Urgent care was a joke. A PA told me my 6 month old son didn’t have an ear infection even though I knew he did. But insisted we do a blood draw. Nurse never got vein and my baby cried for 45 minutes until PA came in and told me to go elsewhere because she has too many patients. Who says that? So you torture my baby and tell me now to drive over the hill or find some appointment on the weekend? If you didn’t have the skills you should have never drew his blood! Went to kaiser Santa Clara ER same day and they confirmed a very obvious ear infection and gave me antibiotics. He confirmed there was no reason to do a blood draw. I was so upset I had to pay twice! Wasted my entire day because she didn’t want to admit she was wrong. Sat through traffic. Another time I took my 2 year old in to urgent care because of exposure to chickenpox at school and she developed some strange rash. Another PA who also had terrible bedside matter didn’t want to do anything. I demanded we scrap her to see if she had chickenpox in order for to be cleared for school. He scraped her poor little arm, she was being such a champ no cries just standing bewildered. She oddly loves the doctor. Not once did the man congratulate her for her great behavior or even talk to her! We waited 3-4 days no results. I came in again and they told me he never cultured the specimen correctly! Okay so why didn’t he ever call me to tell me to come back in then to do again? And apologize for his inexperience?? I really can’t stand this place. I feel all they do is waste your time. They work at a snail rate. Terrible miscommunication among themselves. Only reason I ever go is if I could see Dr Van Thai or her sweet nurse that works in the newborn club she has dark hair. Other than that this place is a joke. I just got a PCV vaccine the nurse sees I’m with a toddler and extremely sick he also knows I have a baby whose very sick. How does he know? Because he’s also doing my flu test Now I’m home with right arm sore. Why didn’t he ask which side is your dominant arm? Let’s give you the vaccine on your non dominant arm just in case your sore? Now I can’t even carry or nurse tonight on my dominant side, the only side my son will take especially now while he’s congested. I’m just so sick of always having problems. Only reason we came to SV was because we have an ear ache and it’s too hard to drive over hill and equalize.
