I never waist my time with submitting reviews but I can't stop thinking about the horrible customer service I received at the dental office a few days ago and here it is....
I got a call the morning of my appointment because I was eight minutes passed my appointment. The receptionist explained that the visit was for only twenty minutes and they had to find out if the dentist would still see me. I explained that I was right around the corner from the office and would be there in two minutes. Whatever happened to grace periods? Is this office that desperate for money? I walked in eleven minutes passed my appointment, I checked in, gave my info and asked the receptionist why would it only be twenty minutes? She replied that my appointment was only a consultation. I than understood that twenty minutes is enough time for a consult. However, asking any questions was completely irrelevant on the receptionist behalf according to her whole persona of blunt answers and facial expressions of frustration. After I gave my info, another lady came to me and said my referral was not a referral at all. I explained to her that she can call my dentist and ask them to send another or I could call. She than stated rudely...."well your insurance is something I've never seen before either". I explained to her that the insurance company is who referred me to their office. I told her she could call or I could call. She waved the card around and said she couldn't even read the numbers and told me to read them to her while her co worker sat at the desk, right next to her. As I waited, I drank a protein shake and realized they didn't have a trash can in the waiting room. I asked another lady sitting behind the desk if they could throw the empty bottle away. I left the empty bottle on the desk and walked out the office to answer a call from the insurance company. When I entered back in the office I over heard them uttering rude things about me. The lady came to me with my insurance info and loudly said "your at the wrong office". Suddenly another receptionist grabbed the trash can from behind the desk and lifted and sarcastically said "here you want a trash can", while another receptionist laughed. I simply said, "don't be rude". The other receptionist who gave me my card back, stated for me to get out of here or they would call security. The only people who needed security were those three workers who failed professionalism. 
I didn't get to be seen by the dentist and could only base this bad experience on bad customer service presented by the receptionist.

I recently became a patient at Kaiser & Rosen Dental Associates, and am extremely satisfied with the service provided. From my initial phone call to schedule an appointment, to the moment I left after my visit, I was treated kindly by all employees. The dentist and his associates are very helpful (especially when I had questions about my insurance coverage). The location is emaculate. The dentist recommends options for your dental needs but is not pushy. I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

My wife was a patient here about two years ago. She was recently seen by a new dentist and was told that the crown put on her tooth after a root canal she had a this location caused damages to her tooth. What a bad experience, I wouldn't recommend it.
