I had an appointment at 6. Waited till 7:30 that is 1hr 30 mins even after appointment. Then the lady tells me to reschedule my appointment. That's too much. Dont go to this place. No business sense.

This is the worst dentist and very rude and the facility is dirty and the wait time is very long. They don't clean and sterilize the thing they use in your mouth. Dr. Vu is the worst dentist there, he is very rude and unprofessional and is a miserable person that's hates his job. He favors patients over others. He will treat the patients that he knows before you even though you were there fist. This is the worst place to go .

i had went there today to get my braces off after being a patient there for over two years only for them to tell me and my mother that they "dismissed" us since i hadn't had an appointment since november 2016 due to health issues. my mother then asked them if they had, in writing, a contract or a policy stating that they would dismiss you had you not returned after a certain amount of time and they had nothing. they claimed that they verbally tell you about the policy once you sign up to be a patient, which they don't. they also claimed that they had told us about the policy the last time i had come in november 2016, which they didn't. they ALSO claimed that they had the incorrect phone number for my mother and they only had her old number on record and that they tried to contact her but she'd never pick up, yet THEY once called US to make an appointment, and they used the same phone number that my mother has now and not the old one. i would not recommend anyone go to this place, as they are shady and they lie to you about the policy and things they tell you. they are not reliable.

I don't know what other one star are saying but my experience today was marvelous their nice caring 
And I'm a new patient there.
