Here's the bottom line as a Dad...the cost of being expelled is incalcuable. The human carnage plus a lifetime of severely degraded earnings potential.

I can truly say that I was completely satisfied  paying Justin's bill. There were plenty of less expensive options but at a time like this when our son got in trouble our only consideration was "Who is going to defend him like a bear with its cub". I used the same standard that I used when I had brain surgery 20 years ago. There is only one criterion....success.
We chose Justin because we wanted a person that had won the mock trial contest at Harvard law ...and we were not disappointed. Our son was found "not responsible" but if he wasn't I know that that we went with the best.

Do not wait and do NOT believe any thing the schools says. Nothing.

I know Matt Kaiser, Rebecca LeGrand and Justin Dillon both personally and professionally. I hold them in highest regard as trial lawyers. Many attorneys call themselves "trial lawyers," but they're really settlement lawyers. Not so with this firm. They are the real deal. I often refer folks to Kaiser, LeGrand and Dillon, especially those facing criminal prosecution in federal court or facing a protracted legal battle that is headed to court. I particularly recommend that anyone wrongfully accused of sexual assault on college campus call this firm. They are some of the best attorneys in the nation for someone facing that unfortunate situation. But don't take my word for it. Read their articles in the New York Times and other major publications and make up your own mind.

In November 2013, we contacted the Kaiser, LeGrand & Dillon Law Firm in regards to criminalallegations made against me as an anesthetist after 6 years working for the V.A. Medicalsystem.  After successfully practicing anesthesia for a total of 31 years I was now faced with a seemingly surreal time in my long standing,untarnished career for wrongful criminal allegations made against me from a V.A.
