this law firm claims to be about "diversity and inclusion" but one of its counsel, Tony Saldana, doesn't seem to live by that practice. He found it convenient to hire a company to do work on his home, then not pay them anything for a very large contract that they did a lot of work on. Both the owner and the workers suffered a huge loss due to being unpaid by Tony. Tony justified this theft of services by making up a false excuse to get out of paying- a false claim that damaged our companies reputation. He claimed that a worker drank on the job which 1) did not occur, 2) Tony has no proof it occurred and could not provide any proof at time of Tony breaching contract and 3) contract law states that it would not be a material breach of contract anyway, unless theoretically it posed a health hazard. 

Tony must believe he is "untouchable", working for a big law firm. Too bad Tony is not as good of a guy as he claims to be. Too bad Tony couldn't pay a company or our hard working guys for the time put in busting our butts for HIS lavish home project. He gets to sit fat and happy on the BACKS OF OTHERS WORK that he did not pay for. If stealing free work was not enough for Tony, he added insult to injury by going to the trouble to post a false BBB review claiming we drank (false) and that we harassed him (false). The "harassment" he mentions must be when I politely asked him, in shock, what proof he has of drinking and why he wouldn't pay us for an almost completed large project. I never cussed or was rude to him. 1) he never asked me the owner to not contact him (therefore no legal harassment) and 2) my texts to him were few, short, polite, and even subservient and nice to the guy. He completely LIED. This law firm in my OPINION is negatively impacted by having this fraudster on your staff.

Plot twist: Our crew leader, Rudy, said that Tony actually smiled and offered Rudy a beer, and that Rudy declined. Tony actually tried to set them up, and when Rudy did not fall for it, Tony used that excuse anyway to steal from hard working laborers. Disgusting behavior!
