This place was a dump a few years ago. The new anti-mall theme adopted from the district in jamboree Irvine. It offers a cool vibe and a lot to do in comparison for what It was prior to the renovation. This place deserves 5 stars since portola coffee labs opened up shop and also because of the awesome ping pong tables is a huge plus!

Buffalo Wild Wings  ould use improvement on their quality of wings two separate occasions got terrible wings and terrible front counter service.   Yogurtland lots of variety of flavors  playmates nice and clean fun for kids.  Laser tag always a good time.

Good center with s lot of activities, restaurants & Regal cinemas. Main difficulty is parking. It's usually an experience, but under ground.

Everytime I come here it's legit dead... atmosphere is dead. I'm surprised it hasn't closed down yet!

The new Urban Market is unique. Gets a little busier on the weekends. Portola coffee is okay. It needs better service/baristas with a little more personality. Coffee was warm not got. We did order peruvian bread from RTE - very yummy and service was good.
