I worked here for a long time at the vet hospital and adored this shopping center. The main highlight is the Sprouts supermarket, followed by Home Depot on the other side. There is a good selection of restaurants as well: Pei Wei and Golden Dragon for Chinese (love their kung pao fish dinner specials), a Japanese place, a burger place, a sandwich/juice place, and of course, Sprouts. 
There is a charming used-items charity store here by called the Discovery Store, run by the American Cancer Society. The items there are always in good condition, reasonably priced, and it’s for a good cause! Sometimes they run sales - I got my tv stand for 50% off. 
Parking is good, I’ve never struggled with finding parking here.

You have to give it 5 stars. There is a Home Depot and some fun food places in Deemers, Blaze and Corner Bakery. Oh and it is clean and well taken care of which is not always something you can say about outdoor malls. By the way, there are science exhibits scattered throughout the mall. My kids loved that when they were younger.

For a small strip the shop selection is excellent!  I can get a majority of my errands done in this one strip. There is a bit of a problem in the parking lot with transients but overall it's well kept.

Great plaza with Sprouts and Home Depot as major anchors. Excellent food choices and Pacific Park Jewelry.
