Story

When describing James Baiseri’s real estate career, the vast array of awards and honors he has earned does not come close to explaining why he is a successful top-producer. The truth is simple: James Baiseri loves real estate and loves helping people.

James began working in Real Estate under a mortgage broker in La Verne, California. He moved to a Century 21 office in 2005 and became a Top Producer for the office until he moved to Remax in 2006. Every year after 2006 he was a top producing agent and earned the Executive Club Award in 2007, the 100% Club Award in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011, and the Platinum Award and Hall of Fame Award in 2012. He earned his broker license in 2011 and currently serves as the 2015 President Elect for the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors and is a 2014-2015 Director for the California Association of Realtors.

In 2013, James opened his own brokerage named KALEO Real Estate Company. The word KALEO is Greek and means "to be called upon or to be appointed". James Baiseri has a passion for helping his clients achieve their home-owning dreams and real estate goals. His authentic enthusiasm for the real estate industry make him the perfect Broker for a dynamic industry, constantly changing and evolving with technology, economic conditions and demographic shifts. Discussing these trends and his eagerness to adopt innovative tools make him stand on the vanguard of the real estate industry.

James is married to his high school sweetheart Andrea and has 4 children; 2 Boys 20 &13; and 2 Girls 8 & 4. He enjoys golfing, attending Church of the Open Door in Glendora, and avid sports fan.
