Dr Haffar seems very knowledgeable and friendly. His staff are friendly when you are there in person. But it is like to impossible to get anyone on the phone or get an appointment. When you do get an appointment and get to the office, you still have to wait for hours to get seen. I needed to reschedule an appointment so I tried to call the office. I was forwarded to multiple people through the automated system and every one of them had full mailboxes. I tried multiple times to go to the operator and that just sent me to a full mailbox as well. If you want a good doctor, Dr Haffar is pretty good. But expect to be frustrated with the office staff.

Dr Haffar is a WONDERFUL doctor! However, his staff NEVERRRRRRR answers the phone!!!!!!!!

I agree with the previous comment. The staff is not professionalized at all. Rude, long wait times, they are doing you a favor by taking your information. Will not answer the phone. Will not forward test results or other information back to referring physicians. I think Saint Frances has some kinda of contract with Dr. Haffar, because it's not because of his reliability. I would not recommend him, only if he got a whole new staff. This probably will not affect the staff, because they are all to lazy to check this site for the reviews.

They keep me from dying. I like that about these guys. They're pretty nice to me while I'm there too. Location has limited parking and you have to walk from some company across the road, but hey, its healthy and you're at a doctors office to begin with. Overall, these are really good people.

I absolutely love Dr Haffar and his staff, Brittany is excellent with scheduling my appointments and procedures and they are always friendly, yes the wait is long but they are worth the wait......
