I have been seeing Dr.Grace for over two years wich is q outstanding Doctor. However he wanted to do a procedure that required a prior authorization from his staff to obtain every apointment fir 7 month's he kept asking about it and his staff kept saying they we're awaiting ro here from my insurance for the approval. Finally he when and asked them and they never even sent the referral. They were waiting for me to bring in forms that had been in my file since day one. The whole time I am in a lot of pain. Then he did a referral to repeat injections when it was approved i got a appointment date but I emediatly called to reschedule I had a apointment on the same day. Didnt here from them called 3 times. Called and even spoke with his nurse. Never hered from them. Upset I tryed to go without any meds for my back for almost 6 months. Till I fell and hurt my back badly. I called and spoke with Dr Grace's nurse and she got me a appointment next day. I went in to my surprise I wasnt seeing Dr Grace and the lady I say was rude not caring I explained to her how much I was hurting way more then when I started coming I told her about the bad fall and she did not order a exray or seem concerned at all. She actually told me a would have to go to ER for paintreatment and they couldn't write me nothing any way till I passed a drug test I said thats fine give me one now but she said it would take two weeks. I told her I was in so much pain. She didnt care. She even asked me why a facial surgen 4 months ago wrote me pain meds thats when I told her I had facial surgery and was admitted to the hospital for 3 days due to a abscess that was blocking my airway. She was.very rude and treated me like a druggie. Thats when I told her I havent even been taking meds for my back for 6 months And I have never failed a test in my life. I was upset and ealked out due to the uncaring and unprofessional altitude. I left ther whent straight to my familie Dr. And they ordered a MRI that showed more damage and the reason I was in so much more pain is because of a new bulge in my disk.  I called back and treyed to tell Dr Grace what happened and how I was treated. I talked to his nuse and she told me he would not see me again. And that I sounded high. Dr Grace knows I cut my meds in half I woulnt even take a whole one. This not his fault but he should get better staff.

I was a patient from 1999 till 2012 I have no complaints about the Dr or nurses only thing was waiting to get approval from the ins Overall I'd recommend them to anyone

After months of waiting for my first consultation with the doctor, I then had to wait an additional two months for the injections.  Each and Every time I've contacted their office by phone id be sent directly to a voicemail stating someone would return my call within 24 to 48 hours, which I find found that not to be the case.  With the assembly line of patients and influx of procedures done on a daily basis it seems to me they would definitely have the finances to hire and have on their staff the manpower to  properly care for questions and answers from their patients. If I wasn't in so much pain and wasnt at their mercy, I would never go nor recommend this facility.

I'm am permanently disablabled because of the transforaminal epidural steroid injections I recieved from the center for pain relief. It has ruined my life. Only till recently did I read about the fda not approving these injections. I have seizures weekly I have to use a wheelchair and cane to get around because I fall around every where because off right side weakness, my face is paralyzed on one side and my entire right side is weak even my arm. I told them numerous times that I couldn't walk after having the first one done and was encouraged to continue the injections. I received the first one the day they had their grand opening dr. Bowman was so busy with that the first one I had wasn't even guided. I was brought in like a cow at the auction block. Anyway please do your research. These things are dangerous. Trust me you don't want to have your life ruined like mine. Instead of pain relief I got more pain and heartache than I ever imagined. It's ruined not only my like but my families life.

Not one Anesthesiologist who know how to treat pain. One hurt my knee worse and only used a lubricant whereby no reduction in inflammation then said if that didn't work, surgery! I last had corticosteroids 3 yrs prior! No flouroscopy(sp) for a person whose joints move constantly and minúsculas is not a guide for what happens underneath. Waited hours,  filling out forms primarily about pain meds for the first sentence to be about how it was ILLEGAL to write them in WV! Why did I fill all that out?  Another referral to head and neck doc who said he couldn't help as it was structural?  I'd say so, 11 face surgeries. Next referral?  On the phone told my NP I was a "seeker". Every visit was referred either from one of my numerous specialists or from within the staff!  This place is reprehensible. They will not help you unless the surgeons (only) can cut on you! Quote WE ARE A FOR PROFIT HOSPITAL!  In other words true pain treatment is not profitable!
